One-on-one and small group private classes are offered in Yoga, Pilates and Personal training. All three modalities can be combined into one session.
Yoga- Private yoga sessions can help with injury rehabilitation, reducing stress and anxiety, sleep problems, headaches, digestive issues and much more. Yoga can also help to increase strength and flexibility in a balanced and focused way. These sessions include asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditation. They are very individualized and catered to you. Katie has been teaching yoga for 15 years, is certified 500hr Experienced registered yoga teacher and lots of experience working with injuries and all levels of students.
Pilates- Pilates mat work can help with injury rehabilitation and core strength. Pilates teaches you how to strengthen your core in a balanced and healthy way to protect your back and prevent injuries. Exercises are preformed seated, lying on your back, stomach and standing. Small props like rings, light weights and bands can be used as well. Katie has 15 years experience teaching pilates mat work and lots of experience helping all levels of students.
Personal Training- Katie's personal training sessions incorporate Pilates and Yoga alignment and techniques to help you build strength in a balanced way. Her training sessions can be done indoors or out with very minimal equipment. Small equipment, like light dumbbells, bands and rings are used, otherwise it is equipment free. She loves teaching people personalized programs they can do at home. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and has a B.A. in Exercise Science from UNCW.

Privates Yoga, Pilates and/or Personal Training- 90 minutes- $115
