Beginner Shuffle Dance Fusion for Adults

This class combines shuffling, contemporary dance and improv dance! Fun music,an amazing cardio and conditioning workout while also being incredibly fun! Small class size for lots of individual attention, questions and extra time after class for those who want to video what they've learned to practice at home.
